Blue & White is an atypical song about loss of love with someone special - it’s written as a recollection piece as the years have gone by. Blue & White is essentially a non-biased memory of a turbulent time, the song is a way of looking back in time and not being upset by how things have changed but being glad they happened and working through acceptance.

 Stepping Stones is about taking your time to get somewhere and not taking any shortcuts. The message behind Stepping Stones is that ‘good things will come to those who wait’ and that life doesn’t need to be taken so seriously sometimes.
