Franke is a post punk band from Gothenburg, Sweden with the two brothers Fredrik and Nicklas Franke as the lead figures. Their lyrics are characterized by blackness, social alienation and problematic love. Music wise, Franke belongs in an alternative indiepop-furrow with hard guitars which in combination with the lyrics signals desperation and rootlessness.
